If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Divijewl, 404, Sector 5, Gurgaon
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to divijewl, accessible from https://divijewl.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days of order placed without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 business days from the date on which You submitted the order or on which a third party you have appointed.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you within 5-7 business days from the day on which we receive the order. The money will be reimbursed to the source of the payment.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

You are eligible to claim for refund / exchange only in case the order is delivered damaged or not as the image shown. In case misinformation or tampering of product identified to return the order, we reserve the right to refuse returns. 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were delivered in the last 48 hours. After 48 hours, goods are not eligible for a return
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • A video of parcel opening is needed to claim for any product refund/replacement.
  • You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box.If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
  • We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. 

The following Goods cannot be returned / exchanged:

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of products which are, not as per the size (in length & width) or color you expected.
  • If it was purchased under any Offer ( Sale / Combo that offers Free Product On X Purchases )
  • In any case, if there is a need to exchange the ring size as the ordered ring size doesn’t fit, an additional courier charge of Rs 250 will be applicable to pick the old product and deliver the new one.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on sale or promotional offers cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. We are responsible to arrange the pickup of the product from the address it was delivered to. Once the goods gets delivered to our warehouse, the refund / Exchange will be initiated as per agreement between You & Us. Shipping Charges paid at the time of purchase, are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
